Prior to launching Erickson Leadership by Design, Shana spent nearly 25 years leading in Fortune l00, mid-size and startup companies across financial services, high-tech, and sales and government contracting industries; leveraging her experience to develop impactful leaders, increase profitability, scale organizations, and disrupt the traditional HR talent and organizational development model.  Her previous roles include SVP of Leadership Development & Effectiveness of Columbia Bank and Head of HR for Global Finance at Amazon.
